With 1.3 billion people in China and millions of companies writing zillions of words, it struck us that major content management software suppliers list few, if any, Asian companies listed as customers. With the PRC and Japan among the world’s biggest economies, where are the Asian CMS applications?

CEN (Comité Européen de Normalisation) appproved the EN 15038 quality standard for translation service providers last week.

The first-of-its-kind "Translation Summit" was held at Brigham Young University’s Center For Language Studies. The summit brought together translators, government representatives, and corporate executives to discuss translation services and U.S. government language policy.
