Do you ever wonder what other companies are doing for localization and translation? What do they think will happen in the coming months? What happened in the last few months? Will they invest more or less in translation?

We wonder about those questions all the time — and from our interviews and conversations with both buyers and suppliers of language services, we know they do, too. Thus, our first question when we meet anyone is “how’s business?” Over a year ago we formalized this inquiry into a more rigorous, regular pulse-taking of the language services industry on both the buy and supply side. Each quarter we run the Common Sense Advisory Global Business Confidence Survey, a poll of translation business opinion from the perspectives of both buyers (aka “clients”) and suppliers of language services and tools.

Complete the survey and tell us what you’re seeing and what you think will happen in the coming months:

Your responses will help us improve everyone’s understanding of the market for language services and tools. Survey respondents receive a copy of the previous quarter’s report plus the report for the poll that they complete.
